the charge of a soil moisture		 Summary: The complexity of measurement of evaporation constrains the process of its study. The search or new ways of definition of this element of the water balance is necessary for the stimulation of the research. The purpose of the project is to develop a technique of the operative definition of total evaporation, which will be suitable for the mass researches. It must be reliable, cheap and not labour-consuming technique which allows to define the evaporation from the limited territories in short time, within the limits of a day. The task can be solved on the base of the constant supervision over dynamics of the level of the subsoil waters, determination of the water balance composition and the estimation of the reserves of water.
