poplar cultivars		 Summary: Authors are propounding new approaches to calculate economic efficiency of forest shelterbelts instead more early prepositions. That approaches are taking into account the time factors as coefficient of inflation and bank lend interest. It is reflecting in modified formulas. There is concrete example of economic efficiency calculation of best and usual poplar shelterbelts for Central Chernozemije of European part of Russia in conducted researches. It is shown that shelterbelts from best cultivars more effective then one from usual poplars.
