Summary: The article presents a special case application of the methodology of calculation of labor and material costs by category complexity of repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment for example, the livestock industry, as the most labor-intensive in agriculture. The main advantage of the methodology discussed in the article calculate labor and material costs of complexity using identified in the study of empirical relationships is that the category of complexity to a group or sub-group of the same type of machinery and equipment, which are based on the basic model, we can determine not only on existing machines, but also on the newly designed and of trained to release industrial complex. In this study, labor and material costs are determined by several regulatory factors forming and using multivariate regression analysis to determine the dependencies categories of difficulty, complexity and material costs for maintenance and repair work on groups of machines and equipment used in animal husbandry. The article explains the use of standards developed in the maintenance of livestock equipment in order to save labor and material resources on livestock farms and complexes in modern conditions. |
