distribution law		 Summary: In the paper the technique of estimation of the mean number of failures and probability of their appearance for restorable item in conditions of substantial exploitation is set up. It is based on the distribution law of operating time till the first failure obtained while carrying out tests for the definition of the item reliability as well as on Poisson distribution.
