Overall effectiveness of measures of certification and rationalization of workplaces in subdivisions and organizations of technical service of agriculture

Summary: At present, labor productivity in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus is about 4-5 times lower (in some spheres, 6-7 times) than in developed Western countries. In terms of the proportion of domestic companies that carry out technological innovation, the lag from the advanced world level reaches up to 8-9 times, in agricultural production 10 times or more. The concept of long-term social and economic development provides for an increase in labor productivity by 2020, 2.4-2.6 times (for individual sectors - up to 4 times). Now the task is especially urgent not only to increase the production of goods and services by the forces of a rapidly declining share of the able-bodied population, but also to raise the quality of domestic products to a competitive level. The inevitable transition to a market economy requires the search for new forms and methods to improve the efficiency of work organization, ensuring safety conditions for work and labor safety, and in-depth and thorough research of in-house reserves. In the domestic agriculture in the post-Soviet period, the work on methodological provision of agricultural organizations with recommendations on the rational and efficient certification of workplaces on a scientific basis, taking into account the requirements of restructuring and market relations, has been virtually eliminated. The article presents a number of measures for practical improvement and streamlining of accounting and planning of workplaces in agricultural enterprises in a free market. The conducted studies show that attestation and rationalization of workplaces is one of the important directions for finding in-house reserves to improve the use of fixed productive assets and manpower, which helps to replace obsolete equipment, improve the interrelationships between jobs, improve working conditions, optimize the balance of labor requirements with number of jobs. Efficiency of functioning of each workplace implies ensuring the overall efficiency of production activities of agricultural enterprises and their competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets.
