Summary: The article presents the results of the technical and economic comparison of technologies for the construction of enclosing wall structures made of piece materials. Technological solutions for six variants of wall envelopes used in the Republic of Karelia conditions are considered. For the study, wall constructions from brick and blocks of hand laying (aerated concrete, polisterolbetonny, ceramic (large format), arbolitovyh and heatblocks) are chosen. As a result of comparison of the three groups of indicators, the most effective variants of the technology for constructing wall structures for low-rise construction in the northern territories of the Republic of Karelia were identified.
